No refunds will be issued for any purchased service, except where specifically stated under a money-back guarantee offer (if we work on it you will be informed by email). If you believe you are eligible for such a refund, please raise a support ticket within the specified period of the guarantee.
Refunds are not applicable for domain registration, SSL certificates, third-party products, or renewals. Any promotional offer purchased is non-refundable.
Customers may cancel their subscription/services at any time from their client area or by contacting support. However, no refund will be processed for any remaining service period.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the active billing period, after which it will be terminated automatically.
All services provided by Thetruehosting are delivered electronically. Account details, credentials, and related information are sent via email and/or are accessible through your client portal immediately after successful payment.
