• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.

• Services (web hosting, domains, SSL, etc.) are for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include: spamming, hosting malware, copyrighted content without rights, or any illegal use under Indian law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms without prior notice. No refund will be issued for such terminations.

• All fees are payable in advance via accepted payment methods. Service will commence upon payment confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to renew services before expiry. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or permanent deletion of your service account and data.

• Your privacy is important. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• For some services (like domain registration), your information may be shared with third-party providers as required by ICANN or other legal authorities.

Thetruehosting is not liable for any loss, damage, or data loss resulting from use or inability to use our services, including interruptions, downtime, data breaches, or unauthorized access. Our liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

Thetruehosting may update these Terms at any time. We will post an updated version on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Either party may terminate services with proper notice as per policy or for violation of terms.
• Data will be deleted after account termination. Clients are responsible for backups before service expiry.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
